I chose the name Three-Twenty Newcastle for my shop because my home in Sacramento was 320 Taylor Road, Newcastle California. Hence the Three-Twenty Newcastle title of my shop. Incorporating something that means so much to me (it was my favorite place in the whole wide world) into my own business was something that was so important to me. Mi casa es su casa, I hope every single guest that steps foot in Three-Twenty always feels the love and tranquility that 320 Taylor road made me feel. *Booking/Cancellation-NoShow Policy* —All guests are required to put down a deposit equaling to half their service totals. This deposit is non-refundable once inside two days of said service date, and applied to service payment day of. Deposit is required day-of booking to secure appointment. Failure to complete deposit day-of appointment booking will result in the loss of appointment time slot. —All cancellations/reschedules must be done MORE THAN two days prior to scheduled appointment. *All cancellations/reschedules/no-shows made WITHIN two days of scheduled appointment will result in a fee equaling to 100% of service totals.* —My policies are strict in an effort to maintain an equal respect for ALL my guest’s time, so please book accordingly, Thank You. Cancellation Policy
In an effort to maintain a mutual respect for all of my guest’s time, as well as accommodate all of my clients fairly, there is a cancellation fee of 50% for all cancellations made within two days, and a no-show fee of 100% for all no-showed appointments and cancellations made within 24 hours.
Cancellations/reschedules made within two days of scheduled service will result in the loss of your deposit.
